Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

In providing the Service, the Operator collects the following information.

• Google account information: name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier (received from Google with the user's permission when the user signs in with a Google account)
• The titles, bodies, and folder names of templates created by the user, the names and URLs of AI chat rooms registered to templates, and variable values the user saves as default values
• Team information: team names, team members and their roles, and the email addresses of invitees
• Display language settings
• Sign-in information: IP address, browser type (User-Agent), sign-in date and time, and session expiration
• Cookies (see "4. Cookies")
• Information entered in the contact form (Google Forms), such as email addresses and the content of inquiries

Values entered when generating a prompt from a template are processed only within the user's browser and are not sent to or stored on the Operator's servers. However, values the user chooses to save as default values are stored on the servers as part of the template and are also shown to team members who can view that template.

2. Purposes of Use

The Operator uses the information it collects for the following purposes.

• To provide the Service, verify the user's identity, and keep the user signed in
• To provide the features for sharing templates within a team and publishing templates
• To prevent unauthorized access, excessive requests, and other misuse
• To respond to inquiries
• To respond to failures and to maintain and improve the Service
• To respond to conduct that violates the Terms of Service
• To send important notices (such as changes to the terms or termination of the Service)

3. Sharing Within Teams and Publishing Templates

When a user joins a team, the user's name, email address, and role, as well as the templates the user has created in that team, are displayed to the other members of that team. Templates in a personal workspace are not displayed to other users unless the user publishes them.

When a user publishes a template, anyone with the public link can view the template's title, body, and default variable values, even without an account. The public page does not display the creator's name, email address, or team name. After the user unpublishes a template, it can no longer be viewed via the public link; however, the Operator may be unable to delete content copied by third parties while the template was public, or previews displayed on social media and other services.

4. Cookies

The Service uses cookies for the following purposes. The Service does not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes.

• Cookies to keep the user signed in
• Cookies to store the display language setting

If cookies are disabled in the browser settings, the user will not be able to sign in to the Service.

5. Provision to Third Parties

The Operator does not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except in the following cases.

• Where required by laws and regulations
• Where necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
• Where it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency or similar body in carrying out affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the individual is likely to interfere with the performance of those affairs

6. Use of External Services and Transfers Outside Japan

To operate the Service, the Operator uses the services of the following providers and entrusts them with the handling of personal information to that extent.

• Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting and database for the Service
• Google LLC (United States): sign-in with Google accounts and provision of the contact form (Google Forms)

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. The United States does not have a personal information protection system equivalent in standard to that of Japan; however, each provider has established a policy on the protection of personal information and takes appropriate security control measures. For details of how each provider handles personal information, please refer to its privacy policy.

7. Security Control Measures

To prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, the Operator takes necessary and appropriate security control measures, such as encrypting communications (HTTPS), managing access permissions, and minimizing the information collected.

8. Retention Period and Deletion

The Operator retains personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use. When a user requests deletion of their account, the Operator will delete it without delay, except where retention is required by laws and regulations. However, templates the user has created in a team may remain as shared assets of that team.

9. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.

Users may request notification of the purposes of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, and suspension of provision to third parties of their own personal information held by the Operator. Please submit such requests to the contact listed in "11. Contact." After verifying the identity of the requester, the Operator will respond without delay in accordance with laws and regulations.

10. Changes to This Policy

The Operator may change this Policy in response to amendments to laws and regulations or changes to the Service. If the Operator makes material changes, it will give advance notice on the Service.
