Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Operator relating to the use of the Service. Rules and notices posted by the Operator on the Service form part of these Terms.

Article 2 (Accounts)

Users sign in to the Service using a Google account. Users shall manage their Google accounts at their own responsibility and must not allow any third party to use them. Any act performed through a user's account shall be deemed to have been performed by that user.

Article 3 (Fees)

The Service is currently provided free of charge. If paid features are introduced in the future, the Operator will give advance notice on the Service.

Article 4 (User Content)

• Rights to templates and other content created by users ("User Content") belong to the users.
• Users grant the Operator permission to store, reproduce, and display User Content to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Users warrant that they hold the necessary rights to their User Content and that their User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
• User Content created in a team can be viewed by the members of that team and can be edited or deleted by them according to their roles.
• When a user publishes a template, third parties with the public link may view the template and use it to generate and copy prompts. Users shall confirm that templates they publish do not contain personal information, confidential information, or other information unsuitable for publication. If the Operator determines that a published template violates these Terms, the Operator may stop its publication without prior notice.

Article 5 (Teams)

• Team owners and administrators invite members and otherwise manage the team.
• Please share invitation links only with the persons being invited. The user who issues an invitation is responsible for managing the invitation link.
• Even if a member leaves a team, the User Content that member created in the team remains with the team.

Article 6 (Use of Generated Prompts)

Users shall use prompts generated with the Service at their own responsibility. When using generated prompts with external AI services or the like, please comply with the terms of use of those services.

Article 7 (Prohibited Conduct)

In using the Service, users must not engage in any of the following conduct.

• Conduct that violates laws and regulations or public order and morals
• Conduct related to criminal acts
• Conduct that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights or interests of third parties
• Conduct that places an excessive load on the servers or networks of the Service, or that interferes with the operation of the Service
• Unauthorized access or attempts at unauthorized access
• Impersonating other users or using another person's account
• Sharing illegal or harmful information through the Service
• Any other conduct that the Operator reasonably determines to be inappropriate

Article 8 (Changes to, Interruption of, and Termination of the Service)

The Operator may interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice in the event of system maintenance, failures, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances. The Operator may also change the content of the Service or terminate the provision of the Service after giving advance notice on the Service.

Article 9 (Suspension of Use)

If a user violates these Terms, the Operator may, without prior notice, suspend that user's use of the Service or delete that user's account.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

• The Operator does not warrant that the Service is free from defects in fact or in law (including defects relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and security).
• The Operator shall not be liable for any damage incurred by users through use of the Service, including the loss of User Content, except where such damage is caused by the Operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
• Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, if a user incurs damage due to the Operator's negligence (excluding gross negligence), the Operator's liability for compensation shall be limited to direct damages that would ordinarily arise.
• The provisions of this Article shall not apply to the extent that the exemption or limitation of the Operator's liability is not permitted under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations.

Users should also keep their own copies of User Content as needed.

Article 11 (Changes to These Terms)

The Operator may change these Terms when it deems necessary, pursuant to Article 548-4 of the Civil Code of Japan. When changing these Terms, the Operator will give notice on the Service of the content of the changes and their effective date before that effective date.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court designated by the Operator as the court of first instance.
